Endotracheal tubes do not have one standardized length. When a conventional styletis longer than the selected tube, the distal tip may extend beyond the end of the ETT.
Repositioning the tube to keep the stylet tip enclosed can reduce support along thetube, making preparation and handling more difficult.
TruGlide PRO addresses this practical challenge through its quick Lock/Unlockmechanism.
No repeated twisting or threaded adjustment is required.
